Episode 76 - Dr Janet Hall - Let's talk about sex

“Sexuality is a gift, it is your birthright”

Our sexuality can actually be something that is outstandingly fulfilling yet in many cases, women are not really in touch with it.

Clinical Psychologist, Dr Jan Hall, wanted to find a niche full of passion and where she could be a leader. So she chose to become a sex therapist who is helping people solve their sex life problems and be inspired to make sex something that’s sensational and connects with another person.

At 68 years old, Jan talks about all the things that get in the way of the beauty and enjoyment of our own sexuality.

Over this episode we cover a range of topics from being too tired, too stressed and too turned off to sexuality, learning how to tune into your own body and why orgasms are good for us and our health…in fact they’ve been proven to relieve headaches and migraines and as Jan says they can no longer be used as a sexcuse.

Yes, we talk all about sex and orgasms today. It’s a topic that’s has a lot of bad press and women feel a lot of pressure around so what better way to start this conversation than getting an expert on the show who knows all about sex and how women can have fabulous orgasms.

Words of Wisdom

Sexuality is a gift to be used and not abused (and use it or you’ll lose it!)

Take yourself lightly and forgive yourself and others for not being perfect.

Be cautious around social sociopaths and borderline personalities –watch for red flags and cut off those emotional vampires as soon as you can.
