Dr Sarah Lnyy is a qualified General Practitioner in Melbourne and holds a Diploma in Obstetrics with the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologists. Her special interests include skin cancer and aesthetic medicine; student health; women’s health; pregnancy-care and massage therapy in general practice.
In 2011, Sarah and her husband Sam began their IVF journey. It was an emotional rollercoaster which took it’s toll on Sarah’s body, mind, and spirit, so much so Sarah found solace in writing to her unborn child; a child she wasn’t sure would ever exist.
In her memoir Moving Beyond The Unspoken Grief, Sarah shares her journey over four years of fertility treatments in the hope that it may give insight and help others who are exploring or currently having treatment. With her medical background and easy writing style, Sarah helps each and every one of us understand the magnificence and resilience of women.
